One PSA Test. Many Possibilities.

If your PSA is elevated, the cause might be cancer, infection, or BPH. We help you know the difference. If it turns out to be BPH, our Vascular Specialists offer PAE — a non-surgical, superior, low-risk option to restore quality of life without needing any cuts, catheter insertion or hospital stay. If cancer is detected instead, we guide you to the right specialists for further care.

FAQs
Will PAE affect my sexual performance?
PAE has a much lower risk of retrograde ejaculation (≈ 10–16 %) compared with TURP’s ~50 %. No erectile nerves are cut.
How long before I feel better?
Many patients notice stronger flow within a week; prostate shrinkage continues for 3–6 months.
Can PAE be repeated?
Yes. If prostate arteries reopen years later, a touch- up embolization is simple and safe.
Is there a risk of prostate cancer being missed?
We screen PSA, DRE and imaging. PAE does not preclude future biopsy if ever needed.
